General rate for most services.Minimum 30 minutes, 10 minute increments thereafter |

For hourly-rate services, if you decline to proceed. No estimate charge if you go ahead with work, no estimate charge for flat-rate services.

Using software methods, either deleted files or rescue from failing hard drives
